Summer is calling and the mountains are answering! It’s officially hiking season here in the Eastern Sierra, and we are excited to be lacing up our boots for a summer full of fun and educational guided interpretive hikes.

When: Saturday June 28, 8:00am – 11:00am
Where: Crystal Lake – Meet at Crystal Lake Trailhead at the Lake George day use parking area.
What: Moderate 3 mile out and back trail with about 700 feet of elevation gain.  Learn about the unique geography of Mammoth Lakes, get some great views of the Lakes Basin and see wildflowers in full bloom.

All ages are welcome on all of our hikes, but children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We recommend dressing in weather appropriate layers, having sun protection such as hats and sunglasses, wearing comfortable walking/hiking shoes, and bringing a small pack with water and snacks.
