Brochures and Information Signs

Visitor guides, brochures, and signs have been developed and funded by ESIA in an effort to share the wonder of the Sierra Nevada with visitors. This vast region has countless activities to enjoy and we help to guide people on their adventures through printed media, such as the guides for Carson City, Humbolt-Toiyabe National Forest and the Inyo National Forest. We’ve also been maintaining a monthly digital and printed calendar with interpretive events from many agencies and organizations throughout the region.

Facility Improvements

ESIA partners with the U.S. Forest Service to improve the visitor experience at our many locations. A new projector was purchased for the Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center so visitors can view several different films in high-definition quality. Renovations and repairs were partly funded by ESIA at the Schulman Grove Visitor Center so visitors can better experience the awe of the Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest.
